===== BMP Library =====

This is a BMP library for image downgrade.

==== Setup ====

To setup this library and example you just need the standard GNU C++ compiler (g++).

==== Compilation ====

To compile the code you must use the <color #088A29>Makefile</color> included in the repo.
  
  $ make clean
  $ make
  
You will have generated a binary file called EasyBMPexample.

==== Run The Example ====

To run the code you must execute the <color #088A29>EasyBMPexample</color> binary.
  
  $ ./EasyBMPexample
  
This will generate a new downgraded version of your image (using 16 bpp RGB value - RGB565).
You will also generate a <color #088A29>raw_output</color> file which is a C char array representation of the image for bare metal display in a development board.
